• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person is allowed

4. Subscription & Payments

• Free users get 2 practice sessions
• Pro subscription is ₹199/month
• Payments are non-refundable once activated
• Subscription renews monthly until cancelled

5. Content & AI Disclaimer

TopperAI uses Google Gemini AI to generate predictions and answers. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Always verify important information with official sources and textbooks.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Using the platform to cheat in actual examinations
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Scraping or copying our question database
• Any illegal or harmful activities

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design and technology on TopperAI is our intellectual property. Questions sourced from public domain are used in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

TopperAI is not responsible for exam results. Our platform is a study aid, not a guarantee of success in any examination.
